What services do you provide?
At Grossman Chiropractic, services we provide are diversified adjustments, Active Release Technique, RockTape, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), Metagenics nutritional supplements, corrective exercises, Functional Range Conditioning (mobility improvement).

What is an overview of your business model?
Delivering high quality chiropractic care at an affordable rate. Most people go to the chiropractor experience adjustments and the visit lasting less then 5 minutes. At Grossman Chiropractic our visits are 15-30 mins with adjustments in conjunction to Active Release Technique and corrective exercises as well as discussing daily habits that could be problematic to what was causing the pain in the first place. Listening to the patient to find out what is really going on is key, then educating them to be empowered to leading a healthier and happier life is the goal.

I wanted to become a member of MyProGroup to have a group of individuals I can refer to for services they may need or I may need. Having a reliable and trusting group of individuals who I know bring there A-game for each industry they are involved with so I can feel confident in giving contact information for the services they are looking for.

What services do you provide?
Lighthouse is a management consulting firm with a focus on technology strategy. We provide operations and infrastructure, security and compliance, and merger and acquisition support services.
• Operations and infrastructure: optimization of processes, supported by systems automation and technology infrastructure.
• Security and compliance: analysis, design and deployment of processes and systems that assure the security and compliance of client, customer, employee, vendor and corporate data.

What is an overview of your business model?
Our operations and infrastructure group handles both strategic projects and ongoing support services. These engagements include process optimization, systems architecture, IT security, cloud transitions and outsourced IT support.

Our Integration Strategies group specializes in corporate development initiatives such as preparing clients for IPO’s or Acquisitions, providing operations due diligence, handling M&A Integrations or executing Divestitures.

What services do you provide?
We offer a staffing model to support in part time, temporary and full time openings at your company. Our youth are prepared with professional development training and case management. We do all the things that any other staffing companies do for a much lower price and in service of uplifting and empowering the most at-risk youth in our community. We also offer a Corporate Social Responsibility opportunity to host one of our foster youth in a paid summer internship at your company (both high school and college candidates) where they are able to secure professional experience and mentoring to build their resumes and outlook in life. We’re all about jobs and opportunity for the population we serve – Santa Clara County’s foster youth.

What is an overview of your business model?
We are the ‘one stop shop’ for foster youth success in employment (jobs, internships, training and more) and educational support (mentoring, tutoring, scholarships). We are committed to supporting all foster youth in Santa Clara County (ages 14-24) with our services for at least 10 years ensuring they are able to thrive in Silicon Valley. Our partnerships with business leaders of the valley is integral to what we do to improve the life outcomes of these youth.

Why are you a member of MyProGroup?
We are members of MyProGroup to help identify synergies and opportunities for our youth and get to know good business leaders on a more intimate level. Our work is all about relationships (or is that ‘life’ in general)?!

How has MyProGroup helped your business?
MyProGroup has helped me secure jobs, internships and amazing connections to other community partners – plus inspirational speakers for the students of our STEM and professional development program. The group has donated money to our cause as well!

I am a business attorney whose practice focuses on business and real estate transactions and litigation in San Jose, California

What is an overview of your business model?
My practice is divided between “in-court” and “out of court” work. My “in-court” practice includes commercial litigation with an emphasis on business, real estate and commercial bankruptcy and insolvency matters. My “out of court” practice focuses on business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, business formations, and commercial leasing and includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts and business agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, loan and financing agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and employment related agreements. I frequently serve as outside general counsel to business and real estate clients.
